RAYAT PRATISHTHANShiv Jayanti
Shiv Jayanti or widely known as Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti is a festival we celebrate with the spirit of joy and honor on the 19th of February, every year. We organize different cultural functions to felicitate the birth anniversary of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, where small children along with our team members perform plays related to the history of the Maratha Empire. Mesmerizing dance performances and traditional arts enhance the nobility of that auspicious day as well. At the end of our celebration, sweets are distributed among the underprivileged people.
Sambhaji Maharaj Jayanti
Every year on the 14th of May, we commemorate the contributions of the great Sambhaji Maharaj during the continuation of the Maratha Kingdom era. We celebrate this day extravagantly with great decorations, sumptuous food, and various cultural events with underprivileged people. Our members distribute clothes and food among all of them. The happiness witnessed on their faces is the treasure we cherish forever and it motivates us to work more for their welfare.
Women’s Day
We celebrate Women’s Day every year on the 8th of March to commemorate their accomplishments in all fields whether it’s educational, political, cultural, or socio-economical. On this special occasion, our members host several events like debate competitions where we intend to highlight some of the most important issues like gender equality, and societal rights, and speak against abuse or violence. We encourage the common people to convey their concerns about the state of women in our country and to be aware of them.
